Jerry Spruill is an experienced Aerospace & Defense professional with over 40 years of leadership within the business development, strategy, program management and engineering disciplines with significant global experience in C4ISR technologies in all domains.  Currently serves as a Senior Advisor to BCE Consulting.  Most recently, Jerry was the Senior Director, Counter-UAS for Northrop Grumman with global responsibility for defining mission solutions for this emerging threat.  Previously served as Strategy & Business Development division director, focused on IAMD, JADC2 and training networks and earlier served in a similar role within a division focused on IR Counter Measures (IRCM), Electronic Warfare, targeting & navigation systems, ground-based radars, and digital cockpits.  Before moving into mission systems, served as the Aerospace Sector’s Director of Global Expansion responsible for the successful E-2D Hawkeye, the MQ-4C Triton, RQ-4 Global Hawk international captures.  Early career systems & test engineer including operational deployments supporting systems worldwide.
