Jeff Snyder joined BCE Consulting as an advisor in the Technology and Industrials division and has worked in the cyber and defense spheres for over 20 years. He brings extensive experience in strategy and M&A activities with a variety of high-technology firms.
Jeff is the Founder of CyberStratos LLC, a firm that focuses on Cyber strategy consulting, opportunity pipeline and business development, and Cyber mergers and acquisitions. Snyder was vice president of Cyber programs at Raytheon Company for 8 years, where he was instrumental in acquiring 20 Cyber firms with a $4B investment in building a portfolio of Cyber capabilities, technologies and products. Prior to Raytheon, he was vice president of Cyber Programs for CUBIC Corporation. There, he formed Cubic Cyber Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary, and led an initial cyber acquisition focused on cross-domain technologies to launch the new subsidiary. Snyder additionally served as Business Development vice president at SAIC Corporation, where he oversaw marketing, business development, and execution efforts for the Information Assurance and Cyber Security business.
Snyder has been an active member of a variety of committees and boards, some of which include the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Cyber Committee, the CANSO ATM Security Working Group, the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) Cyber Committee, Cyber Senior Advisor to CEA Global (based in Tampa), and the AFCEA Board of Directors.
Snyder received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He subsequently completed the Navy’s graduate-level nuclear engineering program. Snyder earned an MBA from the University of Central Florida with a focus on strategic planning and growth strategies for technology firms. He is a frequent speaker at global conferences and industry events focused on Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Protection.
