Chris joined BCE as an analyst in September 2024.

His previous roles include an internship during the summer of 2023 with FCA Management, a real estate management firm based in Charlotte NC, and a general laborer for C. Herman Construction in Concord, NC. During his time in the real estate industry, Chris conducted market research for potential acquisitions, streamlined administrative processes, and assisted in the transition of ownership for several properties in FCA’s portfolio. His time as a general laborer afforded him an alternate perspective on the properties he worked with at a high level.

Chris graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Mathematics and Philosophy. He was a bass singer for Middlebury’s oldest a Capella group, The Dissipated Eight, and enjoys going outside to run or hike whenever possible.
