Richard Crumb is a co-founder and senior partner at BCE Consulting based in Menlo Park, CA.

Currently, Richard leads BCE’s global Healthcare & Consumer division and our Social Sector practice. Additionally, Richard serves as BCE’s managing partner.

Prior to BCE, Richard spent 13 years working in various consulting roles at The Beacon Group (part of Accenture).  Most recently, he led Beacon’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice area. In this capacity, he advised industry leaders across the medical device, pharmaceutical & biotech, diagnostic, and health IT markets on organic and inorganic growth strategy.  Prior to assuming the practice leadership position, Richard worked across Beacon’s Technology, and Aerospace, Government & Defense practice teams managing client relationships and delivering project work.

Before joining Beacon, Richard worked at FreshTracks Capital and EatingWell Magazine in research and marketing functions.

Richard holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA in Economics from Middlebury College.
