Kelly Wentworth joined BCE Consulting in December 2017 as part of our business development team, working to help advance the firm’s practice and client strategy in the healthcare, aerospace and defense, technology, and industrial markets. She brings over seventeen years of successful corporate experience through a variety of programs.

Prior to BCE, Kelly led the human resources department at Unified Parking Partners, where she managed and expanded personnel and pay systems to support a doubling of corporate business operations from three to seven states along the eastern seaboard, including over 200 employees. Prior to that, she was the office manager for The Beacon Group, servicing Fortune 500 clients across aerospace, defense, government, healthcare, industrial, and technology sectors. In this capacity, she facilitated industry engagement at the most senior levels of executive management including president/CEO, senior vice president, and COO. Kelly’s additional management experience included area manager for a nationally ranked mortgage investment corporation where she led the underwriting teams for seven offices in New England; earning national recognition for developing high-performing teams.

Kelly’s reputation and depth of experience supporting customer relations, business development, and enhanced creative collaboration has been key to BCE’s success.
