Rachel joined BCE’s market insights practice as an analyst in 2022. She has supported clients across industrials, technology, and healthcare sectors. Currently, she is a Manager in the Healthcare and Consumer practice, with a focus on MedTech, overseeing project delivery and contributing to business development. 

Prior to joining BCE, Rachel worked for Ocado Group, an online grocery retailer and technology solution provider. Rachel rotated rounds with three different business functions. She gained experience in partnership management where she oversaw international client programs, logistics focused on reducing costs and increasing efficiency, as well as technology strategy where the emphasis was on implementing goals and business initiatives.

Rachel graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019 with a BSc in Experimental Psychology. While there, she was involved in setting up ‘The Science of Happiness’ course. Additionally, she also conducted research for The MORPH Project where she looked into the best ways to teach reading to children.
