Giselle Bonet is a global healthcare executive and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience driving innovation and commercialization of disruptive technologies in medical device and diagnostics. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of M2 Blue, where she advises Fortune 500 companies and early-stage startups on market strategy and execution, innovation road-mapping, marketing capability building and M&A readiness. Her work spans the full product lifecycle—from unmet need identification, insight generation, product development, commercialization and global expansion.
Prior to BCE, Giselle held senior strategy and innovation roles at Johnson & Johnson and Becton Dickinson driving category leadership and market growth. She is also an expert in early stage innovation, women’s health and cervical cancer screening.
Giselle has lived and worked in South America, Europe, and Africa, and speaks four languages fluently: English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. She served with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) in Malawi. A passionate advocate for women’s health and diversity in STEM, she mentors students at MIT pursuing careers in Biotech and healthcare innovation.
Giselle holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BS in Management from Bentley University, and she completed the Stanford Biodesign Executive Education Program.
