Matt Vranich serves as a Senior Advisor within BCE’s Consumer and Industrials verticals, specializing in go-to-market strategy, channel development, and international expansion.

Matt has spent more than two decades helping consumer durable and industrial technology companies enter new markets and build the commercial infrastructure to compete globally. He has particular depth in marine and consumer durable products and OEM technology, where complex dealer networks, global supply relationships, and integrated hardware and software solutions demand a distinct commercial approach. His career has spanned senior leadership roles across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

At Navico, Matt served as EVP and General Manager of the OEM Division, overseeing a global division delivering integrated technology systems to manufacturers worldwide. Before that, he held VP-level roles at Brunswick Corporation, a five-billion-dollar global marine manufacturer, leading sales and marketing across multiple boat brands in Europe and the US. He has also held senior roles at Everglades Boats and Marconi Communications, where he greenfielded the company’s operations in Brazil. He holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing & Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
