Kevin is a senior advisor to BCE’s Healthcare, Life Sciences and MedTech clients among others. He is Founder of Health Tech Development Advisors, a strategy consulting firm for early to mid-sized disruptive firms launching, scaling commercially or engaging in M&A.

Prior to BCE, Kevin led Medtronic’s ENT growth businesses, where his team generated >25% growth consistently over 5 years. He also led businesses in many other therapeutic areas with similar results, and executed acquisitions or divestitures to further the business's mission in almost every role. His global leadership included direct responsibility as well as collaborative strategic partnerships and distributor management, traveling the world to work directly with local teams and customers.

Most recently, Kevin led Intersect ENT's corporate development, strategy and project management functions, where he completed the company's first acquisition - of a German MedTech firm - and led the sale-side process for Intersect's $1.2B acquisition by Medtronic. Since that deal, Kevin has raised capital for, advised and launched dozens of other life sciences and healthcare technology companies.

Prior to entering healthcare, Kevin led manufacturing operations in the textile and automotive supplier industries, eventually leading teams of more than 200 and delivering over $.5B of products annually.
Kevin focuses on providing his teams the environment to succeed, and his success hinges on collaboration, inclusion, engagement and an orientation towards data-driven results.

A passionate non-profit board leader and advisor, Kevin has also chaired boards and consulted entities ranging from the Red Cross to arboreta and botanical gardens to urban development organizations. In two of Kevin's philanthropic efforts, he led both organizations to more than 100% growth over a 4-year span and oversaw the scaling of those organizations to support change and growth.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Erskine College, where he was also a 4-year starter on the NCAA Div 2 Soccer Team and President of the Entertainment Board, and currently is an Alumni Advisory Board member. He holds an M.B.A. from The University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management where he was President of the MBA Association and founding member of the Medical Industry Leadership Institute, and actively mentors current students and is a member of the Venture Center's Business Advisory Group.
