Jon Bruss is a Principal in BCE Consulting’s Industrials Practice. He has over 8 years of strategic consulting experience, with a focus on industrial, construction, equipment, transportation, and utility services clients. Jon has supported numerous private equity clients with buy side and sell side diligence, market sizing, growth planning and value creation, commercial effectiveness, and implementation support across a range of industries. In his current role, Jon leads key engagements in the Industrials practice, supports key client relationships, and serves as the Office Lead in Boston.            

Prior to joining BCE, Jon served as a Senior Engagement Manage at Blue Ridge Partners and an Assistant Vice President in PNC Bank’s Trade Finance group. Jon earned his BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MBA from Cornell University.
