Hunter Luber is a Manager with BCE’s global Aerospace & Defense team, where he leads business development, engagement management, insights generation, and thought leadership. His work focuses on helping organizations solve complex strategic challenges at the intersection of national security, technology, operations, competitive intelligence, and growth.
Prior to joining BCE, Hunter advised Fortune 500 clients across industries including Life Sciences, Tech, and Energy, while also gaining subject matter expertise in international law and national security domains as an International Rule of Law and Security Fellow with The McCain Institute in Washington, DC. Hunter holds a joint MBA from INSEAD and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a JD from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, and a BA from Swarthmore College.
