Franklin McClelland is a corporate development and finance executive with more than 20 years leading growth strategy and execution at large, multinational organizations.

Franklin has led corporate development and strategy at both publicly traded and private equity-backed companies, in addition to time spent in management consulting (The Boston Consulting Group), private equity investing, and investment banking.

Most recently, Franklin led corporate development at CIRCOR International (KKR-backed), after having been CFO at SyBridge International (Crestview Partners-backed). He's also led M&A and strategy at both SPX Technologies (NYSE: SPXC) and Allegion plc (NYSE: ALLE).

He has broad experience sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions across industrial goods, aerospace and defense, consumer goods, and services end markets.

Franklin has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and a BA from Williams College.
