Benjamin "Chuck" Angus brings 38 years of U.S. Air Force and defense industry executive experience. His work spans electronic warfare; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR); command, control, communications, computers and battle management (C4BM); advanced aircraft systems; weapons; and mission systems integration. Working across these mission areas has given him a unique perspective on the intersection of operational requirements, defense acquisition, emerging technologies and industry capabilities.
Chuck served more than 21 years as a career acquisition officer in the U.S. Air Force. He then spent 16 years at Raytheon, moving from management roles into senior business development leadership. As a Business Development and Capture Executive, he led growth efforts in airborne electronic attack and in platform sustainment and modernization, and in his later roles he shaped campaign and capture strategy across a range of defense mission areas. He also served for six years on the Board of Directors of The Patuxent Partnership, a nonprofit that connects government, industry and academia in Southern Maryland.
Chuck holds a master's degree in systems management from the College of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
