Jessica Gonzalez is the Chief People Officer at BCE Consulting and a member of the firm's management committee.

 

Jessica has over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, leadership development, and organizational design & development across a variety of industries and within a wide range of organizations, from non-profits to startups to Fortune 500 companies. She is an ICF-credentialed Executive Coach and before BCE, founded Ver Co, a boutique leadership development and talent strategy firm.

 

Jessica is passionate about helping organizations align their leadership vision and behaviors with their desired organizational outcomes. Jessica has been featured in Authority Magazine and was named as one of the top 15 coaches in Austin, TX in 2025 by Influence Digest.

 

Jessica earned a B.S. with high distinction in Management from Bentley University.
