Maddie Kipphut joined BCE Consulting as a Dallas-based manager. Maddie supports project delivery across our Organization Design & Change Management practice.
Prior to BCE, Maddie worked at Capgemini, a global technology professional services, where she worked as a business analyst in commercial airlines, transportation, and utilities. As a BA for two years, Maddie authored over 40 business process flows used by developers to design system functionality, identified over 1,000 defects pre-production, built project plans, created status reports for executive leadership, and ran dozens of client workshops. Additionally, Maddie worked on Capgemini’s North America Operations team where she founded and managed a multi-million-dollar program for all incoming NA new college hires. Maddie organized, facilitated, and managed five two-week orientation sessions for over 500 new employees. Her engagement with new hires continued throughout their first year as she would perform routine checkpoints, coach low performers, identify staffing opportunities. This drove over a million dollars of billable revenue. Overall, the program Maddie founded reduced attrition, assisted new employees’ workplace transition, and attributed to an increase in revenue.
Maddie graduated from The Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University with a Business Administration degree in Marketing and Leadership Psychology. Upon graduation, Maddie was awarded the TCU Leadership Medallion. Maddie is passionate about developing and helping others achieve their goals and objectives. In her free time, you can see her running White Rock Lake and Katy Trail with Bonnie, her black lab.
