Kevin is a senior advisor to BCE’s Healthcare, Life Sciences, and MedTech clients. He founded Health Tech Development Advisors, a strategy consulting firm supporting early- to mid-stage disruptive companies launching, scaling, or pursuing M&A.

Before joining BCE, Kevin led Medtronic’s ENT growth businesses, delivering more than 25 percent annual growth for five years. He also led businesses in multiple therapeutic areas with similar outcomes and executed acquisitions and divestitures to advance each mission. His global leadership experience includes operational oversight, strategic partnerships, distributor management, and extensive work with international teams and customers.

Most recently, Kevin led Intersect ENT’s corporate development, strategy, and project management functions. He completed the company’s first acquisition, involving a German MedTech firm, and directed the sale-side process for Intersect’s $1.2 billion acquisition by Medtronic. Since then, he has raised capital for, advised, and launched dozens of life sciences and healthcare technology companies.

Earlier in his career, Kevin led manufacturing operations in the textile and automotive supplier industries, managing more than 200 employees and delivering over $0.5 billion in products annually.

He is an active non-profit board leader and advisor, having chaired and supported organizations ranging from the Red Cross to arboreta and botanical gardens to urban development groups. In two philanthropic roles, he guided organizations to more than 100 percent growth over four years and oversaw the scaling needed to sustain that momentum.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Erskine College, where he was President of the Entertainment Board and is now an Alumni Advisory Board member. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, where he served as President of the MBA Association and was a founding member of the Medical Industry Leadership Institute. He remains active as a mentor and serves on the Carlson Venture Center’s Business Advisory Group.
