Kaylin Malmquist

Kaylin Malmquist is an analyst in BCE’s Boston office. Kaylin supports clients by conducting primary research, secondary research, and data analysis. 

Prior to BCE, Kaylin interned for the International Rescue Committee, a humanitarian aid NGO, where she redesigned and implemented their Refugee Youth Mentorship Program. Additionally, Kaylin worked as a constituent services intern for the US Senate. 

Kaylin graduated from Loyola University Maryland in May 2021, where she majored in Global Studies and Spanish. At Loyola, she partnered with numerous Baltimore nonprofits on initiatives to improve services and increase donor engagement. She also served as the vice president of the Spanish Club and captain of the women’s club basketball team.
