Joshua Archer is a manager with the BCE Consulting Market Insights practice and a member of the Healthcare & Consumer division leadership team.
Prior to joining BCE Consulting, Joshua was an independent consultant advising private equity firms and non-profit organizations on financial regulatory affairs, sustainable investment, and policy advocacy campaign strategy, primarily in Japan and Central and Eastern Europe. From 2016-2019, Joshua supported the executive management of Aflac Life Insurance Japan, Ltd. on corporate governance and government affairs issues in Tokyo, Japan. During that time, he also served as the youngest elected leader of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ) Financial Services Forum in the role of ACCJ Insurance Committee Vice Chair. Joshua holds a Master of Arts degree in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. He is fluent in Japanese and has published bilingually on a range of policy and market issues.
