Jasper joined BCE as an analyst in September 2025.

Jasper graduated from Dartmouth College with a major in Government. A walk-on to the Varsity Heavyweight Rowing team, he went on to win the Head of the Charles, Eastern Sprints, and finish as national runner-up at the IRA Championships. He also competed internationally while studying abroad in Australia.

On campus, Jasper led outdoor trips, conducted research for the Government Department, and was active in several student organizations. He spent as much time as possible outdoors in the Upper Valley, enjoying both the frequent cold and elusive warmth.
