Haley joined BCE Consulting as an Analyst in 2025 and is based in Boston, MA.

Before joining BCE, she worked as an Economist for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, where she worked in the Office of Compensation and Working Conditions. In that role, she analyzed and compiled data for the Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses and the Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries, contributing to national insights on workplace safety and compensation trends. Haley also gained exposure to the financial sector through an internship with MFS Investment Management and explored public policy and applied economics while interning with the Transportation Security Administration in Washington, D.C., where she authored an economics thesis.

Haley graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2023 with a double-major in Economics and Spanish. During her studies, she spent a semester abroad in A Coruña, Spain, participated in the Washington Semester Program, and served as a campus tour guide and economics tutor. She was also a member of the club volleyball team.
