Esther Steves is a manager with BCE Consulting’s Market Insights practice, and has been at the firm since 2017. She has worked on BCE projects for clients in the healthcare, technology, industrials, private equity, and consumer verticals. These engagements have covered market strategy development, opportunity and pipeline assessment, customer journey mapping, and market and pricing model development. Her responsibilities include engagement management for qualitative and quantitative data collection client projects, synthesis and analysis of these data sets, design and development of BCE survey work, and relationships with certain Technology clients.
Prior to BCE, Esther co-founded a health foods business in China, directing brand management and working closely with international suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and designers to launch multiple packaged food products. She worked as an intern at SAP in Germany promoting cloud and big data products, and at Stanford University’s Rural Education Action Program (REAP) assessing the impact of vision deficiencies on educational outcomes in rural Chinese schoolchildren.
Esther earned a BA in Economics with a minor in French from Middlebury College.
