Elizabeth Dana is the Chief of Staff based out of New York City. She supports cross-functional leadership on strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence.

Elizabeth previously worked across BCE’s consumer, healthcare, and defense verticals, completing primary and secondary research as well as data analysis for her clients. Prior to joining BCE, Elizabeth was at Alight Solutions for three years as a human capital consultant. At Alight she consulted Fortune 100 clients on their employee experience campaigns with a focus on their health and wellbeing packages. Additionally, she supported clients on their employee total rewards internal communication plans.

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2018 with Summa Cum Laude honors double majoring in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Business Communication.
