Clara joined BCE Consulting as an analyst in 2025.

Before joining BCE, Clara interned in Congressman Seth Moulton’s district office in Salem, MA. There, she conducted independent research, engaged in electoral advocacy training, and contributed to voter outreach initiatives focused on civic engagement and progressive leadership development. Additionally, she worked for Greylock Campaigns, a political campaigning firm based in Boston, canvassing door-to-door on behalf of Planned Parenthood and advocating for women’s rights.

Clara graduated with Honors from Bowdoin College as a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar, earning a B.A. in Government & Legal Studies and Hispanic Studies and a minor in History. While at Bowdoin, Clara completed an independent honors thesis in the Government department, and served as a teaching assistant, orientation intern, department coordinator, and Public Service in Washington fellow. She also attended the London School of Economics in 2022 and studied abroad in Spain in 2023.
