Andrew joined BCE as an analyst in May 2025.

He graduated from Clark University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2024 and a master’s degree in Communications in 2025.

While at Clark, Andrew interned with Capstone LLC, a policy research firm in Washington, D.C., where he analyzed defense policy developments for private equity and corporate clients. He also held positions with the U.S. Embassy in El Salvador and the United States Agency for International Development, contributing to research and policy initiatives focused on international development and security.
